As you can guess my name is Ingrid. I decided to blog about how I am treated when I am out running errands or just shopping. Let me say that I do not frequent high end places however, even though I am not very wealthy, who am I kidding? I am not wealthy at all (yet), (lol), I still feel if I am spending my money, I would like great service in return.
I work in an atmosphere where customer service is taken very seriously. I am on the front lines of a hospital. I assist people with preparing them for their up coming procedures. As you can imagine, working in this type of environment can be stressful. No matter what is going on in my personal life, I leave it at the door. Once I step foot into the building, I am ON as I would like to say. I am their to greet everyone with a smile and to assist everyone that I come in contact with. Some days are better than others but, I treat people the way I would like to be treated. I live by this, I guess it is truly a motto for me.
I think it is important to give EXCELLENT customer service, not Good, but Excellent customer service to all customers. I believe that two simple words (Thank You) can make a difference in an experience. Alright, it does takes more than a thank you but, I firmly believe that how a experience whether it is shopping, traveling, etc, ends can do one of two things. It can bring the customer back which is what businesses want or 2 lose the customer. I am not claiming to be a guru on this subject but, I would like for this to be an outlet for those who would like to share their good and not so good encounters in respect to the customer service that you receive or experience.
We know that word of mouth is the best way to advertise. So, with that being said I have decided to blog about my daily or weekly trips. My trips to the local grocery store, mall, restaurant, etc will be up for all to read about. In addition, Please feel free to also share your encounters, I would love to read about your experiences.
Please come back soon to read about my 1st encounter. See you Soon and oh! Thank you
